In December 2023, a total of 27 students, their families, and teachers from Macao, China, who are members of the Macao Young Artists Association, visited the Ryuyo Factory.

Overview of the Visit

The Macao Young Artists Association is an organization of Macao musicians that nurture and develop youth and musical talents in Macao.

As a part of their training program, they visited our factory and held the Friendship Concert for us.

Factory tour

After our staff explained how pianos are made and the role of each component, the participants actually observed the piano assembly process. Even the small children listened intently to the explanation and enjoyed learning by touching the real parts at times.

They even had a chance to freely play the pianos on display.

The performers changed into formal attire and the concert began in a solemn atmosphere. The venue was a small hall located in the Ryuyo factory. The students gave a series of performances that rivaled those of adults. The students demonstrated the results of their daily practice, and at the end of the concert, everyone took pictures with smiles on their faces. The concert ended with a friendly atmosphere.

We look forward to the success of these future pianists.
