FAQ

What is the Concert Magic function, and can I listen to these songs without pressing the keys?

Digital Pianos

A

The Concert Magic function found on a number of Kawai digital pianos allows those who cannot play the piano to enjoy making music, simply by tapping any key with a consistent beat.

When the function is enabled and a Concert Magic song selected, tapping any key with a consistent beat will result in the song playing gradually, in time with the key presses - regardless of the notes played.  Concert Magic is therefore an excellent introduction to music for piano novices, as well as young children wishing to develop rhythmic timing etc.

Concert Magic songs can also be played normally, without pressing the keys, just like the various other built-in songs.

For more information about the Concert Magic function, and the Concert Magic songs available on your digital piano, please refer to the owner's manual included with the instrument.
