The USB-MIDI device on my ES520 portable piano is sometimes not detected correctly by my computer, what should I do?

The ES520 portable piano features a USB to Host port which can be used to exchange MIDI data with a computer. However, in some cases, the instrument's USB-MIDI device may not be recognised correctly by the computer, or may require the instrument to be turned on before being connected to the computer.

If ES520 customers experience the above behaviour, it is recommended that they download and install the v1.22 firmware update, which should resolve this issue.
