If you believe there may be an issue/problem with your Kawai piano, first check the Kawai FAQ for relevant articles and advice.

If you are unable to find a resolution to the issue with your Kawai piano using the Kawai FAQ, the next step should be contact the retailer from where the Kawai product was purchased (or your local authorised Kawai dealer) directly.  The retailer/dealer should be able to provide assistance and advice related to the issue, and if necessary arrange for technical support, repair, and parts replacement.  If your Kawai piano is still covered by warranty, no cost should be incurred for this service.

If you are not satisfied with the level of support provided by the retailer/dealer, the next step should be to contact the local Kawai subsidiary or distributor in your country for further assistance and advice.

If you are still not satisfied with the assistance provided by the local Kawai subsidiary/distributor in your country, you may wish to contact Kawai Japan directly via the Enquiry Form on this website.
