CA901/CA701 (v1.0.4), CA99/CA79, NV10S/NV5S, ATX4/AR2 (all v2.16), touchpanel (v1.3.7) digital and hybrid piano software updates released
Kawai Japan has issued software updates for the Concert Artist CA901/CA701 and CA99/CA79 digital pianos, Novus NV10S/NV5S hybrid pianos, and ATX4/AR2 hybrid pianos.
These recommended system v1.04 (CA901/CA701), system v2.15 (all other models), and touchpanel v1.3.7 updates address minor bugs related to Rendering sounds, and improve the behaviour of piano model selection and settings adjustments*.
* User interface-related changes are also accessible in the latest version of the PianoRemote app, which has also been updated.

System Firmware
- Fixed: The touch curve used by some Rendered sounds was not stored correctly.
- Fixed: Selecting a Rendering sound after an organ sound had been selected no longer prevents the Soft pedal from working.
- Fixed: Various minor bugs.
- Improved: The interaction between very soft/shallow key strokes and the sostenuto pedal.
- Fixed: Bug related to Key-off Effect parameter adjustments not being stored to User Sound memory correctly.
- Fixed: Bugs related to the Overdubbing function of the Recorder.

- Improved: The playing sound is now muted when disconnecting from Bluetooth MIDI.

Touch Panel UI
- Improved: Horizontal swiping on the Piano tab now cycles through the piano models one by one.
